Who can Register?
If you are a Filipino Citizen, a resident of the Philippine for at least one year, or a first-time voter who will turn 18 on or before the May 2010 election.

When and Where to Register?

You may register on the office of the Election Officer (OEO) at the local COMELEC Office in your area from Monday to Saturday and on all holidays which would fall on a weekday until October 31, during regular office hours from 8am to 5pm.
